Using only the highest quality ingredients, at Freshwater Distillery we hold our spirits to the highest standards. We consult with local farmers and carefully select the finest organic Ontario grains to provide the base of our spirits. This imbues them with a unique and smooth taste that is distinct to our products. Additionally, sourcing water from the Georgian Bay provides us with an exceptional PH for distilling superior spirits.
Lake Huron’s crisp waters are reflected in this delicate, sweet gin. Carefully selected organic Ontario grains and the finest botanicals work to create a unique and delicious gin; this recipe is one of a kind. Let’s be clear; this gin is delicious both on the rocks, and in a cocktail. You can’t go wrong with our Clearwater Gin.

Our Darkwater series is inspired by the elegant and dangerous waters of Lake Huron. This gin honors the venerable history of Georgian bay, and looks to its future. Our carefully curated recipe begins with organic Ontario grains, and is made complex by choice botanicals and local organic apples. This stormy-coloured gin can elevate countless cocktails, or be enjoyed on the rocks.
